Step 1: New Patient Consultation
75 minutes
In this comprehensive initial consultation, you will discuss your medical history, family history, current medications and supplements, recent lab results, past treatments, and the foundational aspects of your health. Dr. Steph may recommend and order additional lab work as needed. Treatment options may be offered by the end of this appointment, but the primary goal is to remove obstacles and establish the foundations of health. You will explore and implement personalized changes in key areas, including diet and nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, relationships, exercise and movement, and environmental factors.

Step 2: Treatment Plan Consultation
60 Minutes
Approximately four weeks following your initial consultation, the second consultation will take place. During this session, Dr. Steph will review and explain your new lab results. You will receive personalized education and explore treatment options tailored to your specific health needs and goals. In collaboration with Dr. Steph, you will develop a customized treatment plan that aligns with your preferences and budget. Recommendations may include herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, medications, peptides, bio-identical hormones, IV or injectable therapies, homeopathy, and lifestyle modifications.

Step 3: Follow Up Consultations
30 minutes
The first follow-up appointment is typically scheduled eight weeks after your treatment plan consultation. During these sessions, Dr. Steph will monitor your progress and symptoms, adjust your treatment plan as necessary, and order additional testing if required.
Dr. Steph provides personalized care, so the frequency of follow-up appointments is tailored to your unique health goals and the treatments being implemented. For most patients actively working towards health goals, regular follow-ups every two months are recommended to achieve optimal outcomes. As progress is made, the frequency of visits may decrease to quarterly or biannual appointments.
For continued prescription management, follow up appointments are required every 6 months at minimum. Patients who have not been seen in 1 calendar year will be required to re-establish as new patients.
Wellness Consulting
For those located outside of California
Dr. Steph is a California-licensed Naturopathic Doctor and can only provide clinical care to patients located in California.
For those outside California, Dr. Steph offers educational wellness consulting—a non-clinical service that does not create a doctor-patient relationship. She cannot diagnose, order labs or imaging, prescribe medications, or manage treatment.
These sessions are ideal if you already have a local provider and want fresh, integrative ideas to discuss and implement with your care team.

The cost of each SOT treatment is $2750. This price includes the SOT from RGCC lab and the administration fee.
Mobile infusions are available in San Diego for an additional fee.
