Meet the Doctor

Dr. Stephanie Poiani, ND

Dr. Steph is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for Environmental Medicine. She completed her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University California and earned her BS in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Steph grew up in a home that emphasized a natural and sustainable lifestyle. With holistic values and a love for science and helping others, becoming a Naturopathic Doctor was an easy career choice.

Dr. Steph also understands first hand how difficult and confusing it can be to navigate chronic illness. During college, she started to experience a long list of unexplainable health concerns. After years of degrading health and seeing 10+ health care practitioners she was eventually diagnosed with Lyme disease and chronic infections. It took years of many different treatments and lifestyle changes, but she made a full recovery and continues to remain symptom free! This personal experience led Dr. Steph to focus her practice in complex chronic illness and support others with getting to the true root cause(s) of their symptoms.

Outside of her role as a doctor, Dr. Steph loves to take yoga and pilates classes, cook and create new recipes, knit, read psychological thrillers, enjoy the beach/outdoors, snuggle with her dog Lola, and spend quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
