Meet the Doctor

Dr. Stephanie Poiani Mutiloa, ND

When you’ve lost trust in your body, you need a doctor who can hold both the science of what’s gone wrong, and the possibility of what’s possible for you and your future.

Dr. Steph is that doctor.

A licensed Naturopathic Doctor trained at Bastyr University in San Diego, Dr. Steph is known for her rare combination of clinical precision, intuitive care, and a deep personal understanding of what it means to be sick and searching.

She specializes in the treatment of complex chronic illness, including Lyme disease, co-infections, toxic mold exposure, and other stealth pathogens.

Dr. Steph’s work goes far beyond diagnosis.

In a world where too many patients are told, “your labs are normal” or “it’s all in your head,” Dr. Steph listens differently. She investigates deeper. She treats the body as a whole ecosystem, one that can regenerate, repair, and return to health when given the right support.

Dr. Steph blends leading-edge diagnostics with functional medicine and lifestyle-centered healing. Her approach centers on rebuilding resilience, physiologically, emotionally, and energetically, rather than suppressing or managing symptoms.

Having overcome her own health challenges, Dr. Steph brings heart, humor, and hope to every appointment. She believes that joy, nervous system regulation, and connection are just as vital as the protocols. And her patients agree.

Whether she’s administering SOT therapy, adjusting a treatment plan, or swapping astrology stories between IVs, Dr. Steph is a bright light in a landscape often defined by fear and fatigue.

She reminds her patients that their bodies are not broken, they are in a process of healing. And when we start working with our body, healing becomes not just possible, but probable.
